Return Policy
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- Return Window: Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.

Item Condition: Item Condition: Products must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original
packaging with all tags, labels, manuals, and accessories.

Non-returnable Items: Certain products are non-returnable, including:
- Personal hygiene products (e.g., toothbrushes, innerwear, etc.)
- Perishable goods (e.g., food items, medicines)
- Customized or made-to-order products
- Electronics once opened/activated (unless defective)
To initiate a return, please contact our support team at info@risemart.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the process.
Refund Policy
Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
- If you paid using Cash on Delivery (COD), you will be asked to provide UPI/bank details for the refund.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item:
- Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing info@risemart.com with clear images and a description of the issue.
- We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund based on the situation.
Cancellations
- Orders can be canceled before dispatch/shipping. Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled.
- To cancel an order, contact us at info@risemart.com with your order details as soon as possible.
Return Shipping
- In most cases, we will arrange a reverse pickup from your address.
- If reverse pickup is not available in your area, you may be asked to ship the item to our warehouse. We will reimburse the shipping cost (up to a certain limit) after verifying the receipt.
