Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
- You will receive an order confirmation email as soon as your order is placed and a tracking link once the order is shipped.
Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates
- Standard Delivery: 3–7 business days depending on your location.
- Remote Areas: May take an additional 2–4 business days.
- Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may be subject to delays due to courier issues, weather conditions, or unforeseen events.
Shipping Charges
- Free shipping on all orders above ₹999.
- Orders below ₹999 will attract a nominal shipping fee (shown at checkout).
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email or SMS with a tracking number and courier name. You can track the delivery status through the courier’s website or our [Order Tracking Page].
Delivery Attempts
- Our delivery partners will attempt delivery twice before returning the package to us.
- Please ensure your address and contact details are accurate to avoid delays.
Delays in Shipment
In rare cases of delays (e.g., natural calamities, political disturbances, or high demand), we will keep you informed via email/SMS.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If you receive a package that is damaged, tampered with, or missing items, please contact us immediately at info@risemart.com with your order ID and photos (if applicable). We will investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
Change of Shipping Address
- Address changes are allowed only before dispatch. Once an item is shipped, we cannot change the delivery address.
